Outerversal Barbie

This time I'm going to talk about Barbie, yes! Barbie, I don't know what I'm doing with my life.

The reason why I make this post is because Barbie is the most underrated character in the versus community, also, among other things, this post is a criticism of the hypocrisy of a part of the versus community and its childish way of behaving, which apparently somehow prove them right. For people like this, the dislikes on YouTube were removed, a round of applause.

Talking about barbie's works

Barbie not only has animated movies but also has books, comics, series, video games, a live action movie and hundreds of dolls that give her a very interesting composite profile.

Some discredit Barbie because some of her works apparently are stories that Barbie tells and therefore do not count as feats of the character or because the dolls don't show any "real feat", but in that case we should discredit the feats of characters like Mario because in Mario 2 everything is a dream, in Power Tennis it is all a Show, or discredit the feats of Kirito, Miku or Neo from Matrix because they only have feats in the virtual world, or also discredit Jacky Chan because at the end of his movies it is said that everything is acting, or all the works that apparently pass through people's minds and are used as metaphors like Silent Hill, Child of Light, etc.

This also discredits characters like those from the SCP foundation, who are mostly just descriptions, or others where their feats only appear in gameplay. But of course, the feats of a character are only valid when they talk about a character they like more. (I remind you, this is not only a Barbie post, but it is a criticism of the versus community in general)

The Barbie movie, the series, the comics and the video games show that everything that happens in Barbie animated movies are not simple stories, Barbie is all that and is part of the canon. Barbie is an outerversal being and all Barbies are one.

Debunk Ted Nivison theory

First and quick I'm going to debunk Ted Nivison theory who says Barbie is a genetically modified clone that operated within a larger decentralized hivemind to achieve a goal across thousand potentially millions of years.

To begin with, both the movie and the Dreamhouse series deny it, Barbie is an outerversal being, a toy, not like in toy story or chucky, but as an abstract concept of a toy, all barbies exist by themselves and they are all one. All Barbies are just concepts of the same Barbie, toys that people create to attribute an idea to them. like a weird Barbie.

And as an Outerversal being she can leave her reality, meet the real world, its creators and manufacturers, she can change her reality at will and modify the real world on a large scale. Even she can come to life.

Ken turned his toys and his movie into a bestseller. As if Barbie's fame had not existed, as if history or at least people's tastes had changed, and although this is an attribute of Ken, Barbie can also do it because Barbie returns everything to normal. What is implied by this is that Barbie has been interacting with reality during her creation, all within Barbieland, a world apart from the real one.

Debunk Barbie's universal feat in Starlight Adventure

Now in favor of the truth I will debunk Barbie's universal feat in Starlight Adventure

One thing is true, this movie takes place in the future and Barbie can use the force, but not because this is part of a story of successive events, what I want to say is that Barbie is not an evolved clone or a being that lived thousands of years, but rather this story takes place in the future because that is what Barbie is like, on one day she can be in ancient Greece, on another in a magical world, on another in the real world, on another in the stars, she can be anything, she adapts with time and changes.

But anyway, the feat that I want to debunk here is that Barbie reactivated the stars of the universe, Barbie did not reactivate the stars of the universe, but rather she reactivated the stars of the galaxy, and if you want to nerf Barbie more, apparently she did it while was on the planet that was the center of the galaxy, but this is easily disproved because it is not a feat that anyone can do by going there and reactivating the stars, because it was attempted to be done with a machine and a lot of energy, Barbie did it with her own energy, intuition and feeling the real problem of distant stars throughout the galaxy, a feat that put the stars in tune with the universe. There are people who think that this is not even a galaxy-level feat because there is a lot of empty space between each star. Seriously, do I need to debunk this? but equally it is not known if Barbie could do this elsewhere. In Barbie's favor I will say that she still did this feat effortlessly and there are other feats that put her in the universal range.

The reason why Ted, many people and I mistake this for a universal feat is because of a Mandela effect caused by the movie and the description of it.

The film does not help much in explaining: in a dialogue of the film it is said that not only the stars will stop moving, but also the planets:

Once upon a time in a distant galaxy... the stars would twinkle and twirl in the sky... keeping the galaxy in bright harmony with their light. But an ancient prophecy told of a time when the harmony would be broken. The stars and planets would slow their dance and disappear... leaving a galaxy of darkness. Yet there was hope... as the prophecy also foretold... of one who could also restore harmony to the stars. One with the heart of a leader.

in another dialogue of the film the universe is also mentioned: 

As you all know, our galaxy has fallen out of step with the universe. According to the prophecy, if we do not get the stars to dance again... they will stop and disappear. Which would be bad.

This implies that although Barbie reacted the stars of the galaxy this apparently was a universal problem, apparently the stars ceased their cosmic dance as a chain effect. So in theory this feat is universal, the stars stopped moving, darkening the sky and with this the planets, Barbie put the stars of the galaxy in tune with the universe, again, effortlessly.

So Barbie is 100 times more powerful than the Sentry just dancing effortlessly.

Barbie has movies that have dolls, video games, books or comics that complement the story, and since there are many, I have decided to make a separate post to mention her feats in these media.

There is a lot to say about the subject, to summarize there are many theories about the Barbie movies, I am going to name the one that is the most solid "theory" according to what was seen in the movies:

1. In many movies Barbie only tells one story, yes, but that doesn't mean that those stories are false or never happened, in fact it is implied that both magic and different creatures do exist and are real.
2. It's true that many of the Barbie movies are acted by Barbie, but again, that does not mean that the events are false.
3. There are many barbies, many with different names, these barbies could have existed throughout history and barbie is simply reinterpreting these events in movies and telling these stories
4. The live action Barbie movie and the series emphasize the fact that Barbie is a doll, not only that she has all the accessories and abilities of her dolls but also the concepts that people attribute to her, and Barbie also has all the knowledge of these facts as the series demonstrates and the comic maintains.

To make it short: you can scale barbie in several ways, you can say that each barbie is different just as you can say that one barbie has the abilities of all the barbies because they are both canonical versions, in my opinion the abstract concept that barbie is a doll and she is all her versions (avatars) fits more with all of Barbie's works

But leaving aside my opinion, and all the theories, here I am going to scale the Barbie movies.

If we take into account ONLY the animated movies and DON'T take into account the movies where Barbie has a different name or tells a story, then Barbie is Multiversal.

Barbie not only has things like the diary with which she can simply write things so that they become true but she reactivates all the stars in the galaxy, as we remember, she did this to put them in tune with the universe, and she did it effortlessly.

If that is not enough to put it on a Galaxy+ or Low Universe level, it is because I have not yet mentioned the strongest Barbie in the animated movies, which is Barbie Video Game Hero.

In video game hero Barbie surpasses Cutie in every aspect, a Multiversal character, in fact you could say that he is Outerversal because he is the in-game tutorial.

If we take into account ALL the animated movies, the scale would be irrelevant to Barbie in Video Game Hero, because here she creates her own powers-up, her own paths, her own rules and even wins without following the rules.

But being as critical as possible and nerfing Barbie as much as possible (like everyone else does) let's say that Barbie is Low Multiverse level

In the Barbie series it is shown that she has experience in all her jobs and her entire history as a doll is canon, she even beat Closet who claimed to have trillions of terabytes of fashion information to rule the galaxy (Life in the Dreamhouse) But there aren't many Barbie feats here because the serie focus specifically on Ken's feats and his talent with technology.

In Be Super Barbie can fly, have super strength, heightened senses and travel in time, she can selectively stop time around the world, she can also restore objects, use her energy as fuel and change the composition of her spheres to soft. Her weakness is eclipses, which make her superpowers crazy, she has to wait for another eclipse to return to normal (Barbie: Motion Comics)

An evil genie named Kardal has stolen the magic lamps from four of Barbie's friends. As Barbie, players attempt to recover the lamps by visiting five mystical cities

In this game, Barbie is a genie who needs to find her missing power gems with help from a Magic Genie Bottle.

Leaving aside all the in-game feats that I'm not going to mention, if we take into account only the story and the cinematics, Barbie has a necklace that makes her magic restored and stronger, she can even turn other people into genies, but the most Surprising is that she can transport people and other genies (who are not even present) and lock them in cages of light that weakens magic.

That or she could use a spell to make someone laugh endlessly.

The other video games have movies or do not show anything that the real Barbie has not done before, but one thing is certain, the video games show that the Barbie movies that were stories or performances actually happened, because in the games these works don't they are neither stories nor performances.
